Lifting Solutions Presents at SPE Artificial Lift Conference
The Lifting Solutions team recently attended and presented at the SPE Artificial Lift Conference in Texas, where we were also proud sponsors. This event provided an excellent platform to share our insights, connect with industry leaders, and showcase our latest innovations.
Our paper, “Coated Continuous Sucker Rod Reduces Fatigue Failures in Progressing Cavity Pumping Applications,” was well received during the Progressing Cavity Pump Technical Session. The paper, authored by Lonnie Dunn, Ryan Rowan, Karthik Shanmugam, David Clarke, Tim Orban, Chad Giesbrecht, Nathan Jen, and Luis Benavides, highlights how continuous sucker rods are used in PC pump applications to minimize tubing wear and connections failures. It summarizes over a decade of experience with a first-generation coated continuous rod product that employs a thick durable polyethylene coating, and provides an overview of the second-generation coated rod development featuring improved design, materials, and manufacturing processes, offering broader application and enhanced performance.
We are excited about the future of artificial lift technology and the role Lifting Solutions will play in driving advancements. Read our paper and connect with our team to learn more about our latest products and services!
