  I started with Lifting Solutions in December 2016, unaware of the incredible journey I was about to embark on as a safety professional. I have witnessed this company grow from four bases and 100 colleagues to a global organization with 13 bases in Canada and the USA, a manufacturing plant in Oman, and over 360 colleagues. In the last ten years, we have achieved significant milestones in health and safety: we achieved a TRIF of zero twice and have maintained a TRIF of zero across the entire organization for an extended period, which is remarkable in our industry.

  My time with Lifting Solutions has been the most challenging and gratifying career experience of my life. I am honored to be part of this organization and its achievements in such a short time. I work with an amazing team that allows me to grow and learn alongside some of the most talented individuals.

  I joined Lifting Solutions as the Payroll Lead on April 2, 2018. Since then, I have been actively involved in numerous initiatives aimed at enhancing our automation, thereby increasing my productivity in daily tasks. LS has always encouraged me to learn and broaden my knowledge to excel in my role.

  We are continually exploring and implementing new strategies to boost efficiency and productivity for all our colleagues, both new and long-standing. Observing newcomers grow and develop their skills gives me immense satisfaction, knowing that I have contributed to making their payroll experience pleasant and encouraging.   I joined Lifting Solutions in October 2016, transitioning from a large oil service company to a dynamic start-up. This change offered me the ability to operate in a nimble and creative environment, allowing me to transform ideas into reality in short order.

  I led the teams that developed of our PC Pump manufacturing facility and product line, which support the company’s success in the competitive Canadian market and international expansion. We’ve also advanced our Endless Rod product line, developing the KeBond Coated Endless Rod. These eight years have been career highlights, thanks to new opportunities, incredible colleagues, and our achievements. I look forward to continuing this journey with Lifting Solutions.

As a Materials Engineer (EIT), my first industry role has been both challenging and rewarding. The diverse range of materials I work with keeps my job interesting, and our team’s ambitious goals are balanced with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

  I significantly contributed to developing our latest coated continuous rod, KeBond. Joining during field trials, I quickly adapted and learned. My colleagues’ support allowed me to take on more responsibilities, and seeing my ideas contribute to KeBond’s success has been incredibly fulfilling.
