Founding Lifting Solutions in 2014 starting with three employees the company has grown to over 300 employees across three countries, David has set the vision and the mission for Lifting Solutions and continues to push for proven performance in every aspect of our organization.

As President & CEO, David’s 25-plus years of experience in the oil and gas, and artificial lift systems industry has provided the global insight our organization has needed to build high-performance people, products, and services that aim to optimize artificial lift production systems better than anyone in the market.

David leads our leadership team with curiosity and trust; he pushes for everyone to go hard at problems and expect a lot from our colleagues so we can continue to grow and deliver our value promise to our clients, that when they work with Lifting Solutions, they Experience Performance.

As the Chief Financial Officer for Lifting Solutions, Greg is accountable for the delivery of all finance functions when it comes to Lifting Solutions. He works closely with David Labonte, Chief Executive Officer, our Board of Directors, and our leadership team adding a financial lens to guide decisions. Further, Greg plays an active role in strategic planning focused on risk management, data for accelerated decision-making, and financial modeling that supports our growth into a global leader in the artificial lift market.  

Greg’s 20+ years of experience working in strategic planning, risk management, treasury, equity and debt financing, deals, accounting, and information technology makes him an invaluable resource to our team. Greg’s breadth of experience, combined with his natural curiosity contributes to his catalytic nature – asking questions and exploring opportunities in a collaborative fashion where the best outcome is one that works for our employees, our clients, and our shareholders. He is a mindful and thoughtful leader who looks to mentor the finance team to be a strategic partner across the organization. Through curiosity, trust, high performance, and engagement, Greg continues to lead our finance, accounting, and information technology teams into new markets and challenges, providing expertise and in-depth knowledge to support our growth. 

Danielle, Corporate Service, Executive Vice President, has over 25 years working in the finance and supply chain industry, primarily in large international public companies. Her extensive experience managing global teams to successfully deliver critical financial information to support the growth of an organization has given Lifting Solutions the leadership skills needed to continue to deliver the support to build our company’s global growth. From the Middle East to the USA, to Latin America, Danielle leads our Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, IT and Supply Chain. Under her leadership, these teams deliver the programs, processes, and systems to support Lifting Solutions’ vision to know and serve our clients better than anyone.

When it comes to technology and leading the engineering team that researches, develops, and executes innovative artificial technology, you want someone with experience, capabilities, and proven performance. That is why we have Lonnie Dunn, Vice President Engineering and Manufacturing, with over 30 years of experience in artificial lift, leading our engineering, applications, testing and product development teams as they continue to innovate and lead our company to outperform the market.

Lonnie’s specialized focus is on the design, evaluation, manufacturing, and application of artificial lift systems, specifically the Progressing Cavity Pumps and Continuous Rod applications at Lifting Solutions. He is the author of the PC Pump Workshop curriculum, showcasing his depth of knowledge and commitment to advancing the field. Lonnie leads his teams with a mentorship approach and empowers them to be curious, challenge the status quo, and deliver high-performance solutions to some of the world’s toughest lift challenges.

With over 23 years working in artificial lift for the oil and gas sector, Curtis brings substantial value to our operations team as Vice President Endless Rod Operations North America. Curtis is responsible for our Endless Rod product line and service division in Canada and the USA. He works alongside our engineering and client solutions teams to ensure our products are performing and our service teams are providing the experience our clients have grown to expect from the largest service fleet in North America.

Curtis is active in the boardroom and in the field; his humble and thoughtful leadership capabilities continue to motivate and push our teams to strive for optimal performance.

Richard leads our sales and business development teams as the Sales Vice President for Lifting Solutions. With over 25 years of oil and gas experience, Richard is well-versed in both Progressing Cavity Pumps and Endless Rod applications. He is passionate about our team and is driven to deliver value to our client base.

Richard works with both direct clients and industry partners to deliver our superior artificial lift products across the globe. With a keen eye for detail and an unwavering understanding of client challenges, Richard’s team of sales and technical application specialists work hard to ensure our clients experience performance with Lifting Solutions.

Shane has over 30 years of experience operating, managing, and leading artificial lift operations and teams. Working throughout North and South America, Asia, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East Shane has established a deep understanding of fit-for-purpose Endless Rod services across all applications and regions. As Lifting Solutions Vice President Endless Rod Operations International and General Manager for Oman, Shane leads our operations and manages our Salalah, Oman manufacturing facility. He is an integral member of our leadership team and his contributions deliver results for our Middle East operations.

Kurt is Lifting Solutions’ Operations Vice President, North America Progressing Cavity Pumps. With over 25 years of industry experience working in the oil and gas sector in Canada, Kurt is known for his exceptional knowledge of Progressive Cavity Pumps surface and downhole equipment. As a key member of Lifting Solutions leadership team, Kurt is looked to for his keen ability to connect with people. He leads our North American progressing cavity pump operations teams, operating technicians, base operations, and area managers who are located across all base facilities.

Amanda oversees the development and implementation of Lifting Solutions’ marketing strategy and is responsible for the growth of our global brand. In her role, she supports all business lines and operational regions through various marketing and communication efforts. With a proven track record of delivering results through client brand experience and recognition for multinational organizations, her 15 years of experience, diverse marketing background, and tenacity for performance continue to drive our marketing strategy forward as Lifting Solutions expands into global markets.

With a background in international management and leadership spanning over 30 years, Greg has extensive experience specializing in the development of health and safety systems. He has a strong emphasis on establishing meaningful goals, processes and accompanying metrics. Lifting Solutions is seeing a consistent improvement of safety culture and operating efficiencies with Greg leading our Health, Safety, and Environment team across Canada and the USA.

Christine Resler is a highly accomplished and seasoned professional with an impressive track record spanning three decades in senior leadership. Currently serving as the President and CEO of ASRC Energy Services (AES), the largest energy solutions company in Alaska, Christine successfully leads a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees while focusing on transitioning and diversifying the organization in response to our changing energy landscape. Her commitment to safety, service quality, and operational excellence makes her an ideal member of Lifting Solutions’ Board of Directors.
